When is the right time to update and modernise your technology?

There are a few reasons that could be the catalyst for the decision to make a change:

• Technology is complex, expensive and really old

• Expanding into a new opportunity

• Acquired or merged with another business

• Legislative or regulatory changes

Whatever the reason or catalyst, there are several essential aspects to consider. I could list many, but the most important, in my view, is to understand the business outcomes you want to achieve.
